Among the combat sports, Muay Thai is really the most complete with also the MMA which also has a wide array of technique. Muay Thai is well the ” boxing in eight weapons ” because the fighter can use his two fists, the two elbows, the two knees and his two feet!
Furthermore, in Muay Thai, the boxer can grab the leg of his opponent (Tchap Kha), grab his opponent in the nape of the neck and practise a fight to clinch (Pam), throw his opponent to bring him to the ground (Mouun) and even bring down the leg of his opponent to break down him!
The blockings on attack of legs (Yok Kha Bang), of fists (Yok Meu Bang) and of elbows (Yok Sok Bang) also have an important part in the all of the technical movements of Muay Thai!
