The camp belongs to the Colonel of the National police force Mr. Southat Pumphanmuang who is a promoter in the stadium of Lumpinee.
Since ten years, Mr. Pumphanmuang is the head of the police of the criminal cases of the East region from the country, a vast region which includes eight provinces Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Nakhon Nayok City, Sa Kaeo, Prachin Buri and Chachoengsao.
