THE CAMP SOR PETCHNANGTHO

This atypical camp is right in the heart of the region Isaan (Northeast), he’s near Countryman Road 4057 in the village of Nangtho, next to Yang which is situated in the province of Nakhon Ratchasima, in 50 km in the North of the city of Buriram. The Sor Petchnangtho (The Diamond of Nangtho) opened in 2012.

This small camp of the Northeast of the Thailand is a breeding ground potential champions, some are soon going to open, others to stagnate, but all these young fighters dream only about a single thing, to obtain beautiful victories in the big stadiums of Bangkok!
The Sor Petchnangtho counts today about ten fighters supervised by two trainers. One of the trainer is a former champion Samrit Lukbanyai who often fought in the stadium TV7!

The boxers of Sor Petchnangtho are mostly very young, the oldest was 18 years, most started their formation in Muay Thai at home, in family, before joining the camp Sor Petchnangtho. Boxers sleep at home, they all live near the camp, the younger the morning going to school and train only the afternoon…
AT SOR PETCHNANGTHO GYM THE TRAINING OF THE MUAY THAI STARTS VERY SOON
What makes the pride of the boss of places, it’s to have now three young champions within his camp, Thaptimsayam, Singtongnoi and Chatchai!
Thaptimsayam (The Ruby of the Siam) Sor Petchnangtho is the small pearl of the camp, he has 45 fights in his meter. In 2013, in only 9 years, he gained champion’s belt of the Northeast – 23 kg in the stadium of Nakhon Ratchasima. During the match of the young Thaptimsayam for the belt, a 86 000-baht dumpan was a game, in 2014, Thaptimsayam kept his belt with this time a 172 000-baht dumpan, dumpans which were gained by the Team Sor Petchnangtho, they are beautiful sums of money for this small camp!

BELT CHAMPION ISAAN (NORTHEAST) IS AS BEAUTIFUL AS THE BELT LUMPINEE
Singtongnoi (The Golden lion) Sor Petchnangtho to 14 years, he totals 55 fights and he’s champion of the Northeast – 40 kg, it’s the older brother of Thaptimsayam, he has already fought several times in the stadiums of Lumpinee and Radja, in particular against Petchrek Lukaoray whom he beat, Petchanan Por Pramuk, both fighters ended in a draw and 191 Kiatjaroenchai against whom he lost in points!
SINGTONGNOI SOR PETCHNANGTHO
Chatchai Sor Petchnangtho (Champion of the Northeast – 48 kg) who has 15 years is considered as the best boxer of the camp with over 80 fights, he beat good fighters such as Worachet Por Rungram, Petchwayou Thanasuranakorn, Wutichai Sor Phathana and Mangkonthong Sor Khamsing!
CHATCHAI SOR PETCHNANGTHO
In Sor Petchnangtho there is also Djarewtsuk, Singdam, the brothers Saypetchlek and Saypetchnoy, as well as the only girl of the camp, Rungnapha.
Djarewtsuk (The rocket which fights) Sor Petchnangtho is the younger brother of Chatchai, their father was also a professional boxer who was called Petchnamsay Lukmapadaeng. Djarewtsuk adds up already 50 fights in only 12 years!

Singdam (The black Lion) Sor Petchnangtho is one of the first fighters of the camp because his house is adjoining with the camp, he fights in 54 kg and has 40 fights to his credit!

Saypetchlek (The thread of the Small diamond) Sor Petchnangtho made 30 fights, it’s the younger brother of Saypetchnoy who has approximately so much fight as his young brother!

Rungnapha Sor Petchnangtho is a formidable girl fighter whose all the family practically is in the boxing, she fights as well in Muay Thai as in Boxing, Rungnapha also practises in his school the Tae kwon do. She has 17 years and fight in the categoryof – 54 kg, in Muay Thai Rungnapha has about 30 fights and 15 fights in Boxing. In 2014, she won the silver medal at the amateur boxing championships in Korat. March 6, 2015, Rungnapha will fight against the current champion WMC World Muay Thai, Namtan Por Muangphet!!

Although it is a quite small camp, lost in the campaign, some big champions already came to train for Sor Petchnangtho as Yutasak Sakburiram and Jemsak Sakburiram. Yutasak is a great technician who took away champion TV7’s belt in 105 lbs, he trains for the famous camp of Bangkok, Petsiri Gym!
Jemsak is classified to him N° 3 in the stadium TV7 in 122 lbs!
